Velsera has 4 portals in total. 1 generic Velsera portal where you found this article, and a separate support portal for each of our 3 core products; CGW, Platforms (By Seven Bridges) & FastFinder.
This separates the content of each product in to it's own handy location where you can find all the support you need, whilst being able to easily navigate to the next portal at the top of each page frame (Highlighted in yellow)
Each portal contains:
Product User Guides - A convenient way for you to search for help, support and guidance on how to get the most out of the product. You can search these in the search bar.
Role Guided Training - A developing series of guided training modules to assist with continuous learning and training on Velsera products. Click on the role that's closest to the work you do with see a tailored training path and content specific to the use case for CGW.
